You must request a recheck or rescore within 30 days of the test.

Please note that as each part of the test has been marked by at least two ESL experts, it is unlikely that a Rescore will result in any significant change. Your tests will be remarked by a different ESL expert and the whole process may take up to two weeks. If the rescore results in a change of level, you will receive a new transcript and the changed marks will be passsed on to Admissions & Awards at the University of Toronto. There will be no refund whatever the outcome.

N.B. If you received a Level 0 for any part of the test, this means that you scored less than 50%, not that you scored nothing.
Level 1 means that you scored between 50 & 72%.
Level 2 means that you scored between 73 & 100%.

A clerical check can be carried out in a few days and marks will be changed and the fee refunded if we have made a clerical error.
